Returns & Exchanges

At DV8 Offroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
